***Update!!! Tucker and Sophie have moved into a foster home in Galion, OH. They are vetted and ready for a forever home! Tuckers' foster mom does not believe they need to be adopted out together but Tucker will need to go to a home with another dog for friend ship....she writes:

Tucker is a sweet boy, and has been friendly towards everyone he meets, both humans and other dogs, both male and female.  Tucker is a very passive boy and needs to be in a home with other doggie friends.  Tucker goes for short walks and does well on a leash.  Tucker refuses to go up steps, he will go up the 2 that go off my porch, but will not even attempt the inside ones.  He is crated when no one is home and he does fine in the crate, he will just lay down.  Tucker has had a few accidents in the house, but we are working on this and I'm sure with time he will relearn, he's went through a lot of changes, so I usually expect some accidents in the beginning.  

They did wonderful meeting my dogs, no reaction at all, barely even sniffed them, and Tucker had no response at all to the cat. They take treats gently and as far as fosters go they have been perfect so far!****

Meet Sophie and Tucker, both are 3 years old and came from the same family.

Sophie and Tucker were turned into a local shelter because their owners were moving. Because they came in together we want to place them together. We were told that they are bonded, 

Sophie and Tucker both are on the large size and need to lose some weight. Sophie is 70 pounds and the vet recommends she get down to about 45 pounds. She also has a cherry eye which will be treated before adoption.  Tucker is 97 pounds and the vet lists a target weight of 60 pounds. These babies need the green bean diet!

Sophie and Tucker are currently being vetted and kenneled in Columbus. They are in need of a foster/forever home!
