Hello! My name is Lola! And I'm a show girl! *doing a basset dance

All kidding aside folks I am a 6 year old basset hound who would just love to dance my way into your heart! I'm a talker too! You talk to me, I'll talk back to you, so if you want a basset with a baroo, well I'm the gal for you!

I have to come clean tho, I'm a wonderful girl but there's one thing I'm not all that fond of.....kids. Hey kids aren't for everyone! Face it! Some of us just like to be around dogs and adult humans! I may have snapped at a small child, so here I am. My old mommy was heartbroken to give me up, but it's what was best for us all! 

Here's my history....I used to be what they called a "breeder". I have lots of kids out there. They never call or write. *sigh* Anyhoo.....I got adopted a few years ago by my mommy and mommy said I am a sweet girl but I scare easily and don't like commotion like kids tend to cause. I am ok with small dogs and cats, but big dogs scare me. My daddy kind of scared me too....we got along ok, but I liked mommy better. She said I would be best in a home with no kids and big dogs. A quiet home. Oh yeah I know all about the potty outside thing! They said that's a good "selling point". 

Sooooo......that being said......can I move in with you?
