Update from Franklins Foster Family - Franklin is a very loving dog.  He will lay at your feet or in your lap of you let him.  At night his favorite spot is in bed with you.  Franklin loves to ride. He would rather ride than walk even though he does walk well with a harness more so than just a collar.  Franklin will play with other dogs when he is ready.  He is not an overly energetic hound but he does need some exercise.  He can be a talker when he has something to tell you or say or when he is at the dog park.  He will definitely let you know if he needs to go out or needs something and hopefully you can figure it out. Franklin is like your shadow, where you go he goes. He doesn't like to be left behind if you leave but on short outings he appears to do good. If left for long periods of time he might become vocal
