Chloe, 3 year old basset, was returned to OBHR after a sudden and unexpected loss of one of her owners. She is a sweet dog and loves to play with her foster brother! She is housebroken and very well manner! She loves affection and sleeps with her foster mom. Chloe has not been cat tested. She will require a home with a fence.
