Looking for a forever home is little Casper! Casper is about 3 1/2 months old. He is currently being fostered near Dayton and his adoption fee is $300. He is just sweet and loving little guy! We are not entirely sure what Casper is mixed with, he looks like he might be a beagle mix with the coat of a cattle dog. He is micro chipped and up-to-date on shots!
