Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Odie is a  young-at-heart 6yo neutered male who entered rescue in early November. He spent enough time as a stray to become terribly thin, infested with fleas, tapeworms & ear infections. He was taken in by a couple with 11 other dogs, and spent 3 months living in a barn before coming to OBHR.

         Odie is a wonderful boy, as near to perfect as possible. He definitely belonged to someone as he is housetrained, and walks well on the leash. He likes people, other dogs, older children (older than 5), and has a passing interest in cats. He has no aggression issues regarding food or attention. He tolerates the crate, loves walks and car rides!! There are no huge separation issues, nor does Odie counter-surf or get into garbage. He prefers the couch to a dog bed but is easily re-directed.

Odie is up to date on vaccinations, flea & heartworm preventatives, and is completing antibiotics due to a skin allergy to fleas. His foster home is rather quiet, so Odie would like a forever home with a little more action! He also needs a little extra attention and loving to offset the frightening changes he has endured.
