Meet Zara! She is a beautiful female basset hound in need of a new home!

She is about 2-4 years old and came to OBHR from a local area shelter where she was picked up as a stray and never claimed. She is just a sweet heart of a dog, and she even comes with an extra heart on her side! (see photos)
