***New info on Phineas**** Phineas is a very loving guy and LOVES to jump on you and give kisses. This is why he is not good around smaller children, he is not mean, he just does not know his size or manners and will knock them down and scare them. 

Phineas does have some issues sharing his food and has been fed in a crate around other dogs to prevent issues. 

Phineas does need a fenced in yard as he tends to "follow his nose"....he is after all a basset hound!

He is a wonderful older gentleman who is looking for a new home.

Phinny is about 7 years old and just a fine looking fellow! He is currently being vetted in Cincinnati and will be ready for his forever home soon! He could also use a foster home so he has a nice warm bed to sleep in until that forever home is found! Apply today!
