Introducing OTIS!
Otis is a 10 year old male basset hound who came to OBHR from a shelter where he was an owner relinquish. We do not know much about Otis' past but we are told he gets along great with other dogs, cats and kids.
Otis is a spunky boy for 10 years old. He does have arthritis but it does not slow him down one bit! He has a lot of pep in his step and does some pretty good burst of speed running and playing. He loves toys and is gentle and easy going.
Otis is currently being fostered in Deerfield, MI near Toledo.
