Boomer is a 7 year old basset that came to OBHR as an owner surrender. He is great with kids and other dogs, but he is a little nervous around men. He is doing great in his foster home and starting to really warm up and come out of his shell. He loves to follow his human around and get as many snuggles in as he can.
