Cuteness overload!!! Meet Charlie Brown! Charlie Brown is a 6 month old beagle who came to us from a shelter as a stray. He is a very happy and active little guy! He will need a fenced in yard to play in and another dog would help but is not required. Charlie Brown is up to date on his shots but the vet wants to wait a few weeks to neuter as he is underweight. OBHR will pay for his neuter at either our vet or his adopters vet. His adoption fee is $300. He is currently in Columbus but transport can be arranged to a dedicated adopter!
