Welcome Frankie to OBHR! Frankie was rescued by a Good Samaritan after being dumped. Poor guy was loaded with fleas and terrified of being inside. He is now up to date and neutered and chipped and ready for a new home! Frankie will need someone patient as he is still unsure of being inside (he has not had any potty issues but most likely will need some training in his new home) and he is wary of men; but he will warm up! Frankie is about 35 pounds and will require a fenced in yard. He is ok with other dogs and cats. Frankie is being fostered near Dayton and his adoption fee is $250.
