Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Meet Libby aka Liberty Bibberty and Libby Lou! Libby is just under one year old and will turn one on May 5! She is a wonderful little girl who is full of energy as well as the Basset stubbornness! Libby is housebroken and crate trained, and good with other dogs but not cat tested!

Libby will need a home with a fenced in yard and hopefully another canine companion to help her burn off her puppy energy! Libby came to OBHR through no fault of her own she was very much loved by her former family however she had an autistic human brother who was very unsure of her because of her puppy energy! So the family made the difficult decision to rehome her for his sake and so she can have her best life! She is spayed and up-to-date on all of her shots until July.

Her adoption fee is $250 and she is currently located in Columbus Ohio. If you are already approved you may email us with your approval password to ohbassetrescue@yahoo.com. Applications can be filled out online at ohiobassetrescue.com and if she is already adopted before your application is completed, approvals are good for six months for any other current or future dogs.
