Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Jackson is a 7 year old tri color male basset hound who was found as a stray and taken to the local shelter.  We're not sure what his story is, but  he's got some lumps and bumps that make us think he has lived a rough life.  His tail is crooked like it was broken at one time - but he still wags it.  Jackson is super skinny and is benefiting from some well-deserved TLC in his new foster home.   He likes to play with other dogs and is quite active for a seven year old, though he  has a little trouble with steps and getting up onto the couch.  Jackson is  friendly and enjoys car rides and baths.  He's a great kisser and loves to snuggle.  He is in a foster home that does not have small children or cats, so we can't be sure how he would do with either of these.  He has a few quirks and any dogs in his new home would need to be tolerant of him if decides to see if he might be the dominant dog in the relationship.  He's a picky eater for being so thin, and he also doesn't like for another dog to get near his bowl.  That problem is easily solved with separate feedings.  Contact   arjandbusters@yahoo.com for more information.   Our adoption fees for Basset Hounds under a year old are $250, Basset Hounds 1- 8 years old $200 and Basset Hounds eight years and older $100.
