Artie is a super cute red & white male rescued from the Fayette county area. This little guy is as sweet, friendly, and adorable as you could ever hope for in a basset. Ask him to smile and he grins from ear to ear. Not really though, because if you know the basset breed, then you know they respond ONNNLLLY on their terms. Fortunately though we were able to snap a picture when Artie was participating in a photo shoot. Artie is great on car rides, friendly with other dogs and an all around great guy. Since he's been living in a kennel waiting on his forever home Artie has been playing in day care with about 20 other dogs. Below is a picture of him trying out the swimming pool and getting "stuck" ... basset style! He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped and on a flea/heart worm prevantive.
