The family felt they did not want to send him back to the shelter since he had already been there once and asked OBR if they could help. Buddy is a good, gentle boy, who loves attention and is a sucker for tummy rubs. He is about 6 yrs old and has been neutered, microchipped, and is up-to-date on vaccinations and on a flea and heart worm preventative.
