Buford is a 5 yr old male rescued from the Richland county shelter. He came in as a stray and is still being evaluated by OBR. Buford has those super adorable basset freckles and eyes that will melt your heart. He seems to do well with other dogs and is very playful and energetic for his age. Buford has that super stubborn "basset attitude" that the breed is known for and would do best in a home with an experienced handler and no children.
