Clem is a 2 yr tri-color male rescued from a shelter in Carroll county. He is friendly and loves to sniff sniff sniff. The world is Clem's newspaper and he enjoys taking in all the cool scents at the end of a leash. Clem is an energetic guy! He loves to play, likes other dogs and has not met a human he did not like! He is kind of quiet for a basset, but when he gets into playing he will let out a howl that makes me wonder how it can come from such a small little guy. He enjoys going on a walk, but will happily stop for a quick head rub. He is up-to-date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and on a flea/heart worm preventative.
