About Franklin | |

Franklin is about 1- 1/12 years young. He has been found several times on the road and this time the owners did not bother to come get him. He is very friendly with dogs, cats and young kids. He loves the attention and is a lover! He rides well in a car. Franklin is currently living in a boarding kennel until a foster home opens up.
