Meet Penelope!!! She is a 5 month old puppy that recently came to OBR. Her owner joined the army and could not keep her. She is a sweet little girl who loves to play but also loves her snuggle time. Foster contact: csally56@yahoo.com. Our adoption fees for Basset Hounds under a year old are $250, Basset Hounds 1- 8 years old $200 and Basset Hounds eight years and older $100.
