Frank is about 2 yrs. young. He is very funny and just loves attention. His owners are moving. He is good with kids and dogs. Not sure bout cats. He is a low rider and just trots on a leash. Did not make a peep in the car. he was just neutered and had all of his shots. he is on HW preventative and is just looking for a home with somebody to play with him and snuggle.
He does need a foster home or forever home. he is at the kennels in Cincinnati.
