Walter came to OBR as a casualty of divorce. Walter needs a foster home to stretch his legs in and a forever home to share all his young love. He is extremely friendly and outgoing. He is smart and crate trained. Walter would love to do a happy dance right into your home and heart.
A fenced yard is required for foster or adopt.
