Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Cody has had a troubled life. He started his life in a puppymill and was sold in a pet store. This owner decided after only a few months that a puppy was just too much work. He came to OBHR and was adopted by a couple with kids. A few years later and a divorce left him and his adopted sister as pawns in a game of spite. He was returned to OBHR a victim of gross neglect. His physical wounds are healing. What Cody needs now is a stable home with lots of love and attention to give him. We feel with a home as an only dog or with one other dog would suit him best and give him the best chance to receive lots of attention that he has been without. Cody is a very loving and friendly dog. He needs the chance to be a dog again and not just a caged animal.
