Our dogs are located throughout the state of Ohio and parts of IN, MI, PA and KY.

Reesie was picked up along with about 15 other dogs who were dumped in an area in southern Ohio. Not much is known about him as he has not had an opportunity to be placed in a foster home where he can be evaluated. Reesie is a Bagel (Basset/Beagle mix). He is on the small side, weighing less than 25 lbs. He is very timid and will wag his tail ever so lightly if you speak nicely to him. We don't know what type of environment he was living in before being abandoned but it appears he was given very little attention or possible not much human contact. He was kenneled with other dogs for a while before being taken in by Ohio Basset Rescue and seemed to do well with the other dogs. Reesie is a very sweet little guy. We think he will blossom once he can get into a loving home environment and gain some confidence.
