Otis is a happy go lucky, fun loving 9 year old male basset who has been with his family since he was a puppy. Due to their growing family they cannot give him the time he deserves to be happy. He loves all people and is great with kids. He loves to snuggle and have his belly rubbed. Otis is friendly and willing to play with other dogs. He likes to take walks and sniff around at the park.
