Meet Cowboy Cassanova! Cowboy is a new addition to OBHR so at this time not much is known about him other than he is one handsome devil! He is in need of a foster home to give him some comfort and stability and to help evaluate him for future adopters! Cowboy came to us from a local animal shelter so not much is known about his past. If you can help foster Cowboy Cass please fill out an adoption application and mark it for "foster" and contact Eva!
