Meet Charlie Brown! *Snoopy dance*

Charlie Brown is a red and white 4 year old male basset who is severely malnourished and will be getting some TLC from OBHR!  We were told Charlie  is an AKC registered dog that was used for breeding and then was given to a hunter. He does not like guns or loud noises so he was discarded. Charlie is good around other dogs and kids. 

Let's try to find Charlie a home where he knows love and attention! Charlie was ok in the car as long as there was someone else there to hold him, otherwise he was all over the place! Until he is used to vehicles he should either be held by another passenger or crated in the car. 

Charlie is very skittish so a new family will need to be aware that they need to take some time with him. He is good on a leash but needs some basic manners. Overall he is a very sweet boy who just needs a second chance! 

He is being fostered in Dayton/Brookville.
