Welcome to OBHR Sadie!

Sadie is a female orange/red and white female Basset hound who is 8 years young. This girl is on the small side but what's big is her heart! She is a real love bug and loves to give basset kisses! 

Sadie has a sad past but we are looking to give her a bright future! She came in with Fred (at this time we do not know if they are bonded). The two were turned into a local area shelter. Their original momma passed away and she and Fred went to live with a family member who kept them as mostly outdoor dogs and finally decided she did not want the bassets anymore. Sadie craves attention and would love to have a new momma who will give her belly rubs, let her sleep on the couch with her, and keep her food bowl full!

Sadie gets along with other dogs but we do not know about kids or cats. Since she spent some time living outdoors she might need some refresher training but she promises to catch on quick! 

She is currently in need of a foster home also to help evaluate her. She is currently being kenneled near Cincinnati, OH.
