This is Low Rider! Low Rider recently came to OBHR with several other dogs rescued from a hoarding situation. 

Low Rider is an adorable 5 year old male basset who desperately needs some TLC. He may have come from an awful situation but we are going to make his future bright! The holidays are coming up and this boy would like nothing more than a family to call his own and hopes that family will take his picture beaming with joy in front of a decorated tree with plenty of lights and a package underneath that is wrapped up with a bow but still looks suspiciously like a dog bone! Won't you help make this little man's wish come true?
