Beagle alert! Beagle alert! Samantha was listed by the shelter as a beagle/basset mix. We can't see any basset in this sweetheart! 

Sammi is now at 16 pounds and is waiting to bulk up a little bit before she gets spayed. She is not going to be a very big dog at all...probably 25 pounds max. So far no accidents at her foster home either! 

Sammi has gotten along with every dog she has met, and is in a home full of foster brothers and sisters! She has met her foster momma's grandchildren and grandcats and no problems at all! 

Sammi just just loves to go in her crate. She is a playful little girl and is about 4 years old. She is currently being fostered in Brookville (Dayton area), OH. 

Folks this is Samantha! 

Samantha is a hearth breaking story. She is horribly thin and weighs only 13 pounds!  She came to us from a local area shelter. We do not know her full story, she was a stray that was not claimed, but we are going to take very good care of her!

Samantha has come to OBHR Feb. 7. She will be in a foster home for at least a month before she is adopted out. Due to how malnourished she is, we are going to hold off spaying her for at least a month until she has a little more weight on her and is a little stronger. We don't want to have her face a surgery in her condition. 

Samantha is a beautiful little girl with the most gorgeous eyes! She is good in a car, and gets along with other dogs and we are told is good around cats too.
