Meet the lady Jasmine!

Jasmine is a female basset hound who came to OBHR after being picked up as a stray by a local area shelter. Jasmine came in with Jethro and at this time (12-22-15) we do not know them enough to know if they are bonded and need to be adopted together or not. They will be vetted after Christmas and we will know more about their age and bonding once they are separated for spay/neuter at the vet's office. It is ESTIMATED that Jasmine is about 4-5 years old.

Jasmine is just a little sweet heart! You can tell she recently had pups and was not in the best of shape but she is a complete love bug! She is spending a few days in a temporary foster and LOVES to run and play with the resident dogs and Jethro. She loves toys and promptly emptied the toy box one by one and moved each toy to a dog bed.

She walks well on a leash and is fine going in and sleeping in a crate. Not sure if she is housebroken but no accidents so far, but she has been taken out frequently and pottied each time she went out. She is very polity and behaved but does need to learn basic commands. She will learn fast!

Anyone who adopts Jasmine with be very lucky! She is a true gem! Once her vetting is complete she will need a foster or forever home. She will be vetted near Cincinnati.
